Treat Yourself!

It’s okay! If you are working hard and stressed out it’s okay to treat yourself with something you love. Here are some ideas for rewarding your hard work…


  1. Take a nap
  2. Bubble bath
  3. Watch YouTube videos, Netflix, TV
  4. Have breakfast in bed
  5. Have waffle for dinner (mix it up!)
  6. Swim (pool or hot tub)
  7. Take a shower and then stay in your towel for hours
  8. Pet a dog (yours, neighbor’s, or stranger’s dog)
  9. Put some fruit (frozen or regular) in your water
  10. Go on Pinterest
  11. Face mask
  12. Turn off your phone
  13. Paint your nails
  14. Color, Paint, Draw
  15. Listen to your favorite songs
  16. Take deep breaths
  17. Watch yoga video on YouTube
  18. Go for a drive, run, walk
  19. Have a cup of tea
  20. Read
  21. Write
  22. Learn a new language
  23. Have your favorite dessert
  24. Watch the sunset
  25. Dance around your room or kitchen

  2. Get your nails or hair done
  3. Starbucks, Coffee, Tea
  4. Shopping
  5. Online shopping
  6. Buy a goldfish and decorate the little guy’s tank/bowl
  7. Buy vitamins
  8. Take a friend to brunch/lunch
  9. Stoke up on soaps, body wash, lotion, body mist, perfume, etc.
  10. Try a new coffee shop or restaurant
  11. Go fruit picking
